DFRobot MiCS-4514 gas sensor. Works with the Apollo AIR-1.

Comes with a cable to attach to the AIR-1

** Our beta test group has noticed the methane reading will spike when exposed to high amounts of other gasses. We all believe this is manageable for the vast amount of automations still but wanted to let you know. It is much more a exists/doesn't exist type of gas monitoring vs the actual PPM readout, it will read 0ppm in normal air.

MiCS-4514 Gas Sensor (CO, Alcohol, NO2 & NH3) and other thigs to avoid

One sensor, four gases. I have not done any "challenge" tests. After 8 days of operation: CO and Ethanol have been ZERO, 100% of the time. (a proper result). NO2 consistently showed 0.25 ppm for week 1 in my "office", It dropped to ZERO after I moved the Air-1 to the kitchen and has remained there for the last 24 hours. As far as I can tell the NO2 readings do not correlate to the SENS55 NOX readings. The NH3 reading spike on occasion. Since moving the Air-1 to the kitchen all of the NH3 spikes are "instantaneous", i.e they appear as vertical lines across time. As I am exploring the limits of my understanding of the true meaning of these gas readings, I continue to stay connected to the Apollo Automation Discord server.

Great project!

I installed this and absolutely love it. So easy to setup and excellent build quality. I ordered a few more to place around my house. Keep up the great work.
